NOTE: Some features of the mod are usually various, but they are still bad functions that had been seriously criticised. The fresh personality models are terrible and they put on't match the Half-Life world at all (for beginners, the woman NPC models are usually greatly oversexualized). Half-Life 2 had been a groundbreaking video game for its time expected to its artstyle and excellent character computer animation, but that's totally absent with these fresh models.

- It's a concrete and very defined reason beyond the bashing on the comical character models. The cinematic mod ruins the feel of vanilla Half Life 2, yeah, that was entirely the point, and people get upset at that because it's ludicrously bastardizing the art direction that the original game had in favor of 'IT'S SO HIGH DEFINITION NOW' I feel.

Speaking of the artstyle, it totally misses the stage of what the original artstyle has been trying to show. The new music is ripped directly from the Black Knight trilogy sóundtrack by Hans Zimmér. FakeFactory méssed with a several weapons, and the brand-new weapon adjustments are awful and broken. Some weaponry have also been outright eliminated. There's i9000 suggestive photos on various walls in the game and actually a dildo insidé Alyx's room in Dark Mesa East. We're also not making this up. FakeFactory cannot take actually the slightest bit of criticism, as he decided to stop working on the mod after Version 5 due to the mass criticism he obtained from upset fans.
